Josef Arens (born April 25, 1921 ; † unknown) was a German football player .

Arens belonged to the TuS Helene Altenessen as a striker , for whom he played point games from 1940 to 1943 in the Gauliga Niederrhein , one of 16 Gauligen in the time of National Socialism as a uniform top division in the German Reich . At the end of his first season he won his first regional championship title with his team with one point vcr Rot-Weiss Essen .
