Jules Lowie

Jules Lowie (born October 6, 1913 in Nokere , † August 2, 1960 in Deinze ) was a Belgian cyclist .

Jules Lowie was a professional athlete from 1935 to 1947 . His greatest success was winning the Paris – Nice race in 1938. In 1943 he was second at Paris – Roubaix behind his compatriot Marcel Kint . He competed four times between 1935 and 1939 in the Tour de France , in 1935 he finished fifth in the overall standings and in 1938 seventh.
