Julieta Susana Gonzalo (born September 9, 1981 in Buenos Aires , Argentina ) is an American actress , best known for a supporting role in the series Veronica Mars and as Maggie Dekker in the television series Eli Stone .

Life

Julie Gonzalo was born in Argentina but moved to Miami Beach , Florida when she was eight , where she spent her childhood. During school, she attended theater courses and studied dance and acting.

In 2001 she made her first appearance in front of the camera in the 16-minute comedy film The Penny Game . She got a guest role in the sitcom Greetings from Tulsa . This was followed by guest appearances on the series Navy CIS and Drake & Josh .

She had supporting roles in the films Freaky Friday (2003, with Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan ) and Cinderella Story (2004, with Hilary Duff and Chad Michael Murray ). This was followed by a brief appearance in full on the nuts with Ben Stiller . In the same year she starred in Crazy Christmas with Tim Allen and Jamie Lee Curtis and in 2005 with Diane Lane and John Cusack in Woman with a Dog Looking for a Man with a Heart .

From 2006 to 2007 she was in the youth - crime series Veronica Mars , the role of college student Parker Lee held. From 2008 to 2009 she appeared in a supporting role in the series Eli Stone with Jonny Lee Miller . Then she was engaged for the NBC - science fiction series Day One , which did not get beyond a pilot episode. In 2010 came guest appearances in Castle , the CW series Nikita and in The Glades . She is also featured in the vampire comedy Dr. Limptooth (Immortality Bites) will play the role of Chris . Since 2012 she has also played the role of Pamela Rebecca Barnes in the TNT series Dallas , the continuation of the series of the same name from the 1980s.

In 2008 she was named Best Supporting Actress in a TV Drama Series at the ALMA Awards .

Julie Gonzalo lives in Los Angeles with writer and director Brinton Bryan.
