Reviews

Carina Hoskisson described the film on efilmcritic.com as “clever” and “charming” and compared it to the films with Julia Roberts . The scene of the breakup with Lucy's boyfriend is very funny. The dialogues are "snappy", but not exaggerated. Hoskisson praised the portrayals, especially those by Monica Potter. The film is not a great film, but it is a good film that deserves a larger audience.

Cinema magazine certified the leading actress "a magical aura". The viewer knows “quite early on who's the right person for Lucy, but her charming manner and some original gags about dates and relationships mean that there is hardly any boredom”.

The lexicon of international films said: "A romantic comedy told episodically with charm and a few puns, but without any particular independence."
