Juninho Bacuna (born August 7, 1997 in Groningen ) is a Dutch football player . He is under contract with Huddersfield Town in England and is a young Dutch national player.
Career
society
Bacuna began playing football at FC Lewenborg and moved to the joint youth academy of FC Groningen and SC Cambuur via GRC Groningen . On February 5, 2015, he made his debut in the Eredivisie on matchday 21 of the 2014/15 season wearing the jersey of the professional team of FC Groningen . In the 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons, the club occupied ranks in the middle of the table, while they were twelfth in the 2017/18 season. In 2015 Bacuna won the KNVB-Beker with FC Groningen and thus played in the UEFA Europa League in the 2015/16 season .
In the summer of 2018, Bacuna moved to the Premier League for Huddersfield Town and signed a three-year contract.
National team
Bacuna played two games for the Dutch U-18 national team and twelve for the U-20 selection . On March 22, 2018, he made his debut for the Dutch U-21 national team in the 4-1 defeat in the test match in Doetinchem against Belgium .
