Karoline Kohr (born April 1, 1996 in Trier ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Kohr went through various youth teams of the TuS Issel and was also regularly appointed to the junior team of the Rhineland Football Association ; with the U17 selection, she took part in the national cup in 2011 and 2012 . From the 2012/13 season she was part of the squad of the first team Issels, which plays in the Regionalliga Südwest . In 2013/14 she was the top scorer with 38 goals and was also one of the league's most accurate players in the following two seasons. In addition, she won the Rhineland Cup with the team in 2014/15, where she scored the goal to make it 2-0 in the final.

In the summer of 2016 Kohr signed a contract with the then second division club 1. FC Köln , for which she made her competitive debut on August 21, 2016 in the first DFB Cup round against TSV Schott Mainz and in the 3: 4 defeat there, two of the scored three goals from Cologne. A week later, the 5-0 away win against SC Sand II saw the first appearance in the 2nd Bundesliga South. As a runner-up, she and the team were promoted to the Bundesliga at the end of the season , as the champions TSG 1899 Hoffenheim II were not eligible for promotion. On September 3, 2017 (1st matchday) she made her debut in the Bundesliga over the full playing time in the 2-0 away defeat against 1. FFC Frankfurt . She scored the first goal on November 5, 2017 (7th matchday) in the home game against FF USV Jena , when she scored 1-0 in the 44th minute.
