Keegan Brown (born November 5, 1992 in Durham ) is an English darts player .

Career

Keegan Brown caused a sensation for the first time in 2013. In a Players Championship tournament, he beat the record world champion Phil Taylor 6-1.

In 2014 he took part in the U21 World Cup. He reached the final, which took place on May 22, 2014 ahead of the 2014 Premier League play-offs . His opponent there was Rowby-John Rodriguez from Austria . Brown won the game 6-4 and became PDC Youth World Champion.

As a youth world champion, he was invited to the Grand Slam of Darts 2014 . Brown survived the group stage and reached the last sixteen. There he managed a surprising 10: 7 win over Raymond van Barneveld . Only in the quarterfinals he was stopped by Dave Chisnall . The game ended 14:16.

Brown also qualified for the PDC World Darts Championship 2015 . He played in the opening game against John Part and defeated him 3-2. In the second round he met two-time world champion Adrian Lewis . Brown kept the game exciting for a long time, but lost in the end 2: 4.

In early May 2015, Keegan Brown won one of the Players Championship events. In the final, like in the World Cup, he met Adrian Lewis and defeated him 6: 3 in legs.
