To be able to participate in all ProTour tournaments, you need a TourCard. The qualifications for the majors and non-ranked tournaments then result from the prize money won. This excludes the European Tour Events for which players without a Tourcard can also qualify.
Tour Cards
Receive a TourCard automatically:
- (64) The top 64 players from the PDC Order of Merit after the PDC World Darts Championship 2015 .
- (34) The 34 qualifiers from the Q-School (see below).
- (26) The 26 qualifiers from the Q-School 2014 Q-School who could not already qualify via the Order of Merit .
- (2) The top two from the Challenge Tour 2014 ( Mark Frost and Alan Tabern )
- (2) The top two from the 2014 Youth Tour ( Dimitri Van den Bergh and Josh Payne )
Q School
At the qualifying tournaments of the Q-School, non-professionals can still win the TourCard for two years. The winners are then automatically eligible to play in all Players Championships and UK Open Qualifiers . This year they will take place in Wigan from January 14th to January 17th.
