Magnus Caris (born November 15, 1968 ) is a Swedish darts player .
Career
BDO: 1987 to 2009
Magnus Caris played a total of seven world championships in his 22 years at BDO . He reached the semi-finals once. He played this against Bobby George in 1994 . Caris led 4-2 in sets and had a match dart on double 18. He missed it and then lost nine legs in a row, so George turned the game around and won 5-4.
PDC: 2009 to date
In 2009 Caris switched to the PDC . He played four world championships there so far, but was always eliminated in round 1. He was also at all editions of the World Cup of Darts , the team championship. He reached the round of 16 three times with Sweden .
