Kleinprüfening is a part of the municipality of Sinzing in the Upper Palatinate district of Regensburg .

The village is in the form of a street village on the left, western bank of the Danube .

history

The former municipality of Kleinprüfening with a parcel of around 467 hectares , consisting of the village of Kleinprüfening, the hamlet with pilgrimage church Mariaort , the hamlet with church Riegling and the hamlet Waltenhofen was reclassified from the Stadtamhof district office to the Regensburg district office in 1929 when it was dissolved and in 1946 completely to Sinzing incorporated. The population of the municipality ranged from 147 inhabitants in 1840 to 241 in 1939.
