Kleinregion Kamptal Süd
The small region Kamptal Süd is the voluntary cooperation of six municipalities in the Krems-Land district in Lower Austria in the areas of services of general interest, citizen service and spatial development. Small regions in Lower Austria are funded by the Lower Austrian provincial government as an instrument of rural development and spatial planning.
Member municipalities
The following communities are members of the small region Kamptal Süd:
- Grafenegg market town
- Market town of Hadersdorf-Kammern
- City of Langenlois
- Market town of Lengenfeld
- Market town of Schönberg am Kamp
- Market town of Straß in the Straßertal valley
The small region Kamptal Süd is supported by the association ARGE Kleinregion Kamptal Süd , whose board is made up of the mayors as well as city and town councils from the member communities.
Projects
A major focus of work in the small region is the promotion of tourism and the networking of tourism offers in the member communities. Further topics are the establishment of a network for wine marketing as well as the areas of nursing, transport and music schools.
