Kleinsteinlohe is a district of the municipality of Tiefenbach in the Upper Palatinate district of Cham , Bavaria .

Geographical location

The buildings in the hamlet of Kleinsteinlohe are located on the slope of the Silberberg near the German-Czech border.

history

In 1809 Austrian Uhlans invaded the area of ​​Kleinsteinlohe and Tiefenbach from Bohemia and robbed the people of beef cattle and other food. The entire population of the villages and communities around Tiefenbach, Treffelstein and Waldmünchen stood up against these requisitions and it was possible to drive the Austrian soldiers back to Bohemia. In anger about the forced withdrawal, the Uhlans split the head of the village judge Reisenweber von Kleinsteinlohe.

In 1845, after the patrimonial jurisdiction was abolished, Kleinsteinlohe and Breitenried belonged to the Hofmark Tiefenbach. Kleinsteinlohe had 9 houses and 47 residents. The children from Kleinsteinlohe went to school in Großsteinlohe.

On March 23, 1913 (Easter), Kleinsteinlohe was listed as part of the Tiefenbach parish with twelve houses and 65 residents.

In the course of the regional reform, Kleinsteinlohe was incorporated into the municipality of Tiefenbach on July 1, 1972. However, various difficulties arose in asset disputes. As a result, Kleinsteinlohe was divided. The northern part came to Tiefenbach and the southern to Treffelstein.

On December 31, 1990 Kleinsteinlohe had 20 residents and belonged to the parish of Tiefenbach .
