The 1983/84 season was the 13th season of the Korać Cup held by FIBA Europe .

The title won Élan Béarnais Orthez from France .

26 teams from 14 nations took part. After the qualifying round, 22 teams played an elimination round. The winners of these games qualified for the group stage, which consisted of four groups of four teams each. The first in each group reached the semi-finals, followed by the final. The winners of the pairings in the qualifying round, the first round and in the semifinals were determined in the first and second leg. The final was played in one game at a neutral location.
