The 1974/75 season was the 4th season of the Korać Cup held by FIBA Europe .
Birra Forst Cantù from Italy won the title for the third time in a row .

40 teams from 15 nations took part. First, 26 teams played in the first round to move into the next round. The winners of these duels faced thirteen seeded clubs in Round 2. The winners of these games qualified for the group stage, as did the defending champions who were seeded for them. The group stage consisted of four groups with four teams each. The first in each group reached the semi-finals, followed by the final. The winners of the pairings in the group stage were determined in the first and second leg. The overall result of both games was decisive. Whoever decided this was awarded the victory. The winners of the pairings in round 1, round 2 and in the semi-finals, as well as in the final, were also determined in the return game.
Attendees
- The two Soviet clubs MBK Dynamo Moscow and BK Stroitel were originally included in the field and for the group stage, but both withdrew voluntarily.

All teams except Cantù withdrew voluntarily from the competition before the start of the group phase, so that Birra Forst Cantù made it to the semi-finals without a fight.
