The 1990/91 season was the 20th season of the Korać Cup held by FIBA Europe .
The title won Shampoo Clear Cantù from Italy . For Pallacanestro Cantù, who started the season with sponsor names, it was the fourth overall win of the Korać Cup.
mode
32 teams from 13 nations took part. After the qualifying round, the 32 teams played an elimination round. The winners of these games qualified for the group stage, which consisted of four groups of four teams each. The first two in each group reached the quarter-finals, followed by the semi-finals and the final. The winners of the pairings in the qualifying round, the second round, the quarter-finals, the semi-finals and the final were determined in the first and second leg.
