Kristyna Petrová (* 22. July 1992 in Pilsen as Kristýna Havlíková ) is a Czech chess player .
Life
She is trained first by Jan Bílek and from 2004 by the Czech IM Josef Juřek, with whom she often visits chess tournaments in southern Germany. Her older brother Jindřich (* 1989) also plays chess.
successes
At the U18 World Cup for women in 2010 in Porto Carras , she finished fourth, at the Czech women's individual championship in Ostrava in the same year and third in 2011 in Pardubice.
She bears the title of International Women's Champion (WIM). She achieved the necessary standards for this in 2009: in January at the IM-B tournament in Marienbad , in April at the Arcimbex Cup in Frýdek-Místek and in May at the IM-C tournament of the chess summer in Olomouc . Although the title was applied for in 2009, it could not be awarded to her until May 2010, as she had not yet reached the required Elo rating of 2200. In January 2015 she is in third place in the Czech women's Elo ranking.
National team
With the Czech U18 national team of female youth she took part in the European Championships in 2009 and 2010, both of which took place in Pardubice . In 2010 she won a bronze medal with the team and an individual silver medal for her result of 5 points from 7 games on the top board. She played for the Czech women's national team for the first time in 2010 at the Mitropa Cup in Chur . Since then she has participated in the Chess Olympiads 2010 in Khanty-Mansiysk , 2012 in Istanbul , 2014 in Tromsø and 2016 in Baku and the European Team Championships in 2011 , 2013, 2015 and 2017.
societies
She played club chess in the Czech Republic, first for Union Plzeň , and from 2006 for ŠK Sokol Klatovy . In the 2013/14 and 2016/17 seasons she played with ŠK ERA Poštovní spořitelna , in the 2018/19 season with the second team of Siesta Solution Unichess in the top division, the Extraliga . In Germany, she played from the 2008/09 season to the 2015/16 season in the women's Bundesliga for SK Großlehna , and in the 2015/16 season also in general play in the 2nd Bundesliga East for the TSV Bindlach shareholder . Havlíková has played for E. SK Amfissa in Greece since 2009 .
