Stadtsteinach district court

The Stadtsteinach district court was an older Bavarian district court that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Stadtsteinach in what is now the district of Kulmbach . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1803, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the district court Stadtsteinach was established. After the establishment of the Kingdom of Bavaria, this was added to the Mainkreis , whose capital was Bamberg .

The Fischbach Patrimonial Court was subordinate to the Stadtsteinach District Court .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Stadtsteinach District Court was established, the district of which comprised the district of the previous Stadtsteinach District Court with the exception of two municipalities transferred to the Kronach District Court : Enchenreuth , Eppenreuth , Gösmes , Gössersdorf , Grafengehaig , Grünlas , Guttenberg , Heinersreuth , Hohenberg , Horbach , Köstenberg , Kupferberg , Ludwigschorgast , Marienweiher , Marktleugast , Neuensorg , Presseck , Rappetenreuth , Reichenbach , Rugendorf , slag Reuth , Schlockenau , Schwandstrasse , Seibel village , town Steinach, Traindorf , Triebenreuth , Untersteinach , Vogt village , Walberngrün , Wartenfels , Weidmes , Wildenstein and Zaubach .
