The inner-west constituency is a constituency in Vienna that includes the Viennese districts of Neubau , Josefstadt and Alsergrund . In the 2015 state parliament and municipal council elections , 62,281 people were eligible to vote in the Inner West constituency, with the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ) emerging as the strongest party with 37.5%. The SPÖ achieved two of the five possible basic mandates in the election , and the Greens and the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) each achieved one basic mandate.
