The constituency center is an electoral district in Vienna , which includes the Viennese districts Innere Stadt , Wieden , Margareten and Mariahilf . In the 2015 state parliament and municipal council elections , 83,607 people were eligible to vote in the Zentrum constituency, with the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ) again emerging as the strongest party with 39.2%. The SPÖ achieved three of the eight possible basic mandates in the election and was thus able to maintain its mandate status. In addition, the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) and the Greens each achieved one basic mandate.
