The constituency of Währing is a constituency in Vienna that includes the Viennese district of Währing . In the 2005 state and local council elections , 32,826 people were eligible to vote in the Währing constituency, with the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP) emerging as the strongest party with 33.01%. In addition to the ÖVP, which achieved one of the three possible basic mandates in the constituency, the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ) also achieved a basic mandate.
