Latavius Murray (born on 18th January 1990 in Orlando , Florida is) a US American football poker players in the position of running backs and Kickoff Returners . He played college football for the University of Central Florida before being selected by the Oakland Raiders in the sixth round of the 2013 NFL Draft . He is currently active in the National Football League (NFL) for the New Orleans Saints .

Early years

Murray attended Onondaga Central High School in New York , where he also played basketball and athletics in addition to football . As a junior, he scored 1,609 yards and 14 touchdowns in the running game and was named all-state. A year later, he got 2,030 yards and 30 touchdowns, after which he was named "Gatorade Football Player of the Year" for New York State. He was also used on the defensive, where he posted 78 tackles , three forced fumbles and two interceptions . Rivals.com rated him as a three-star talent and the fifth best young player in New York.

From 2008 to 2012 he was a student at the University of Central Florida , where he played football for the UFC Knights.
