The Legio I Flavia Constantia ("the reliable 1st Flavian Legion") was a legion of the late ancient Roman army.

The legion was probably raised by Constantius II (337–361). In another opinion, the Legion may have been a mobile vexillation separate from the Legio I Flavia Gallicana Constantia .

Vexillations of the Legio I Flavia and Legio I Parthica were stationed in Singara (today Sinjar in northern Iraq ) in Mesopotamia until 360 . When Shapur II , king of the Sassanid Empire , conquered the city, all survivors were deported to Persia as prisoners. However, the Prima Flavia Constantia continued to exist and was used under the Magister militum per Orientem as Comitatenses (field army) in the east of the Roman Empire until the 5th century .
