Legio V Gemina

The Legio V Gemina with the honorary title pia fidelis (“conscientious and faithful”) was possibly a legion of the Roman army.

About them is little known, the only clue is found in Vindobona (now Vienna ) to near the castle Belvedere found Legion bricks from the year 114 n. Chr. Is not ruled out that it is a name confusion with the Legio X Gemina is , the "twin legion", which first appeared in 58 BC. And was stationed in Vindobona from 103 to the 5th century.
