action

The film producer Sonny Wexler is old and says he has not achieved anything significant. He wants to make a film that people will remember. Reviews

“A Hollywood producer who has been taken off the rails sees a new opportunity from an aspiring young author, but has done the math without the financiers of the new system. A satirical, sometimes slightly melancholy swan song to the old school Hollywood system, in which lead actor and director Burt Reynolds licks his own wounds and laments the predominance of (bank) money. A comedy with a certain entertainment value for proven friends of the profession. "

  • Christopher Null wrote on Filmcritic.com that you wouldn't find much in film to like. He praised Burt Reynolds' game, but it showed no depth.

backgrounds

The comedy was shot in Los Angeles .
