Liane has withdrawn into the jungle , disappointed with civilization . She lives with the Watu tribe and is now their queen. Another expedition arrives at the tribe. A certain Frank brings news from Thoren, the friend from the first part. He should bring Liana to him. After some hesitation, Liane gives in, but takes two confidants with her, Tanga and Ku-Lala.

However, the aircraft has to make an emergency landing at the next airport due to lack of fuel. There the police asked to take the just arrested slave trader Frazer on the plane. With his persuasion he gets Liane to free him. The accompanying policeman is shot. Frazer forces the crew to land in the jungle. Liane has now seen her stupidity. Frank manages to overpower Frazer. You walk through the bush and find yourself in a native village.

This is subsequently attacked by Frazer's cronies, whereby Tanga is killed. Liane is kidnapped by the slave traders. Frank searches for her with Ku-Lala and finds the Bedouin camp. They free Liana, but the escape fails. Frank is seriously injured, abandoned and rescued by a passing caravan .

criticism

The film observer found that the film "wants to follow in the footsteps of the modern Tarzan girl, but without any talent . " The lexicon of international films criticized the fact that "Marion Michael as a naked jungle beauty [is] exploited for another stupid adventure film that is below the level of its predecessor."

success

This film version also brought in a lot of money at the box office. So in 1961 they tried another sequel. However, this consisted more or less only of a combination of the first two parts and was entitled Liane, Daughter of the Jungle . He disappointed the audience.
