This list of members of the Salzburg state parliament (duchy, 9th electoral term) lists all members of the Salzburg state parliament of the duchy of Salzburg in the 9th electoral term. The inauguration of the MPs took place on December 29, 1902, whereby the state parliament comprised 28 MPs. The state parliament consisted of 5 representatives of the "large estates" (GG), 2 representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HGK), 11 representatives of the cities and markets (SM) and 9 representatives of the rural communities (LG). In addition, there was the virile voice of the Archbishop of Salzburg. Compared to the Landtag in the 8th electoral term , the number of MPs had increased by two mandataries, with the Curia of the Cities and Markets receiving an additional mandate and the Curia of the Rural Communities also receiving an additional mandate.

Sessions

The 9th electoral term was divided into five sessions:

  • I. Session: from December 29, 1902 to October 9, 1903 (17 sessions)
  • Session II: from September 20, 1904 to November 7, 1904 (16 sessions)
  • III. Session: October 10, 1905 to November 24, 1905 (15 sessions)
  • IV.Session: from December 27, 1906 to March 23, 1906 (14 sessions)
  • V session: from September 16, 1907 to October 31, 1908 (21 sessions)
