Residential building | Drawn in as a water mill in the map of Geometer Becker in the land survey of 1732 and described as “in the most miserable circumstances”. Becker described the two outbuildings from the 17th century, especially the “body breeders' house”, as “in good condition”. In 1913 the outbuilding became the Wandervogelhaus. After they had been driven out by the Nazis, the Hitler Youth (HJ) moved in. In 1945 up to 41 refugees lived in the buildings. From 1976 to 1980 the ensemble was thoroughly restored and the grinding cellar in the main building was also exposed again. After the restoration, the editors of the German Press Agency, dpa, used the privately owned building. | ||
