The list of airports in Laos contains the international and regional airports or airfields of the People's Democratic Republic of Laos . The military airfields are also given.

Commercial airports

The IATA code, ICAO code, usage as well as the location and province are given for each airport.

For the places Attapeu , Salavan and Thakhek and Don Khong (Khong Iceland) (gray / italics indeed exist) airport codes, so they are out in the list, but there are no usable airfields (more).

Most of the civil airports are also used by the Lao military . There are also some bases that are reserved for the Lao Air Force:

• Muang Phonsavan military airfield (near the civil airport Xieng Khouang; built with Soviet - Vietnamese help)
• Seno (Xeno) military airfield (IATA: SND ; formerly French airfield near Savannakhet, newly built with Soviet-Vietnamese help)
• Long Cheng Military Air Base ( secret base built by the United States during the Second Indochina War , taken over by the Lao military)
