The list of water protection areas in the Boeblingen district includes water protection areas (WSG) in the Boeblingen district in Baden-Württemberg . It is sorted according to the official WSG numbers. In the water protection areas , special rules and prohibitions apply to water bodies ( groundwater , surface water) in order to protect the water from contamination. The office responsible for the water protection areas is the district office of the district of Böblingen.

history

The district of Böblingen annually provides information on the development of nitrate concentrations in the individual water protection areas and either issues requirements for farmers for the following year or loosens previous management requirements on the basis of the Protection Area and Compensation Ordinance (SchALVO) of the state of Baden-Württemberg, which has been in force since 1988 . This ordinance was amended on March 1, 2001. In addition to compliance with certain nitrate soil values, which are measured annually from October 15 to November 15, the SchALVO stipulates, among other things, that fertilization and plant protection measures must be carried out in the water protection areas according to good professional practice in order to prevent the groundwater To protect impairment caused by substance inputs from land management.
