The list of listed objects in Alland contains the 12 listed , immovable objects of the municipality of Alland in the Lower Austrian district of Baden .

The Haidenkapelle is a gabled chapel from the 2nd half of the 19th century. On the back there is a sgraffito from around 1950 that depicts St. George.

The hunter's cross, also known as the hunter's chapel, is a path chapel and dates from the beginning of the 18th century. It has a tall, curved gable flanked by vases and a segmented arch niche with groin vaults .

The parish church was originally a castle church from the 12th century. Some remains of the wall are still preserved above today's church. In the 13th century a Romanesque hall church was built here, which has been continuously expanded over the centuries. It was partially destroyed during the first (1529) and second Turkish sieges (1683). Around 1800 it was restored and baroque by the builder Philipp Schlucker . In the battle for Alland towards the end of the Second World War, the church was massively damaged and rebuilt until 1954.

In 1886, Crown Prince Rudolph bought the property, which had been owned by the Heiligenkreuz Abbey since 1550 , and had it converted into a hunting lodge . After Rudolph's death in 1889, at the instigation of the emperor, it was rededicated as a monastery for the Discalced Carmelites .

During the exterior renovation in 1983, a Romanesque and an early Gothic window from the 12th and 13th centuries were discovered. The parish church was raised to a pilgrimage church in 1987 by Hans Hermann Groër (according to the memorial plaques on the church wall).

The castle was first mentioned in 1170. From the 14th century the castle was sovereign. In 1529 it was destroyed during the first Turkish siege. Various wall fragments have survived today.

Groisbach

The local chapel of Groisbach, a small building under a saddle roof with a turret, was mentioned in a document in 1764. The small baroque column retable with a volute gable and an image of the Virgin dates from the end of the 18th century. There are also two angel figures from the 2nd half of the 18th century.

Description: Brief information about the monument.

The table is sorted alphabetically according to the location of the monument. The sorting criterion is the cadastral municipality and within this the address.
