The parish church is a neo-Gothic, north-facing building from 1910/11 with a massive east tower. Originally an extension of the previous Gothic building was planned; after the collapse of the old tower, a new building followed. The interior decoration (high altar, side altar and pulpit) dates from the 17th to 19th centuries and was transferred from the old church.

The approximately 3.2-meter high shrine between Grillenberg and Neusiedl is from the 16th century dated and as Pestkreuz interpreted. A simple shaft with a rectangular floor plan carries a tabernacle with a stone pyramid roof . The niche at the front of the tabernacle is protected by a glass grille. Round- arched flat niches can be seen on the left and right . In an older edition of the local history news of the Baden district administration , an inscription dated June 18, 1714 is mentioned, which was probably knocked off in the course of repair work and allows the conclusion that the Gothic wayside shrine was renovated or rebuilt at that time .

Hernstein Castle is in the north of the village in the middle of an extensive park with walls and an artificially dammed pond. The two-storey four-wing complex has towers on the side fronts. In the sense of a total work of art, all interiors and furnishings were designed by Theophil Hansen. The paintings in the interior are by Carl Rahl and Christian Griepenkerl , among others . The castle chapel is located above the western passage. In 1995 it was converted into a seminar hotel for the Hernstein Institute .
