Haus Frey , built in 1972, is considered to be the only mature late work by Ernst Plischke, the last prominent representative of Viennese modernism . The building was erected on level ground and the floor plan is reminiscent of Adolf Loos ' architecture thanks to the different levels and heights . Large sliding elements make it possible to use the ground floor as a whole or to divide it into individual rooms as required, similar to traditional Japanese architecture.
