		Catholic parish church hl. James d. Ä. and cemetery ObjectID:  82727	Kirchenviertel KG location : Kirchenviertl	The parish church was built by the Krumbachers at the end of the 12th century and was first mentioned as capella sancti Jacobi in 1209. When the Vorau Abbey became the mother church of Sankt Jakob in 1217, it was expanded into a pillar basilica . In the second half of the 15th century the church was rebuilt in the late Gothic style. In 1663 the flat ceiling was replaced by a vault, the church tower was built in 1768. after the fire of 1886 the church received a new dome. Most of the furnishings today come from the Jesuit Church in Judenburg .
		Parsonage Object ID:  82731	Kirchenviertel 1 KG location : Kirchenviertl	The rectory dates from 1732 and is connected to the parish church by a wooden corridor. It was damaged in World War II.
