The list of Portuguese ambassadors in the Czech Republic lists the ambassadors of the Republic of Portugal in the Czech Republic . The two states have had diplomatic relations since 1921.

Their relations go back to the 15th century and were determined by the changeable Portuguese-Czechoslovakian relations from the establishment of Czechoslovakia in 1918 to the re-establishment of today's Czech Republic in 1993 .

In 1974 Portugal set up its own embassy in Prague for the first time.
