List of trams in Australia and New Zealand

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This list includes the existing (bold) and former tram operators in Australia and New Zealand . In addition to the cities in which they were located, additional information is provided, as far as possible, about the gauge, the type of drive, opening and setting dates and, if necessary, about the operation. The data relate to the greatest possible extent to the entire operating time, for example all drive types are listed and not the last used; the same applies to different gauges. The largest extension is always given for the network length. If available, the link to the individual companies / articles provides detailed information.
