The four-lane US Highway 41 runs in a west-east direction through the north of Little Chute. The Wisconsin State Highway 441 , also expanded to four lanes , branches off to the south on the western parish boundary and forms the eastern bypass of Appleton. The Wisconsin State Highway 96 runs in a west-east direction through the center of Little Chute. All other roads are subordinate country roads, some unpaved roads and inner-city connecting roads.
A Canadian National Railway (CN) freight railway runs along the Fox River through Little Chute .
