Live at Budokan (English for: " Live im Budokan ") is the fourth live album by the American progressive metal band Dream Theater . The concert was recorded on April 26, 2004 at the Nippon Budokan Hall in Tokyo . It is available on CD , DVD and Blu-ray Disc . Before Live At Luna Park (2013), it was the only official concert recording of the group that was released on Blu-ray.

• With Once In A Livetime, Chaos in Motion and Breaking The Fourth Wall, Live at Budokan is one of the band's four live albums so far, which does not (or only partially) contain the song “Metropolis Pt. 1 ”contains. Elements from this song are contained in the "Instrumedley".
• In the third song “Beyond This Life” the band plays a jam session which ends with a duet by Mike Portnoy and Jordan Rudess , after which the whole band gets back into the song.
