Lothar Richter (born June 9, 1912 in Zwönitz , † November 20, 2001 in Aalen ) was a German football player.

Richter began in Zwönitz at local VfL Zwönitz playing football before he for the season 1934/35 to Chemnitzer BC changed. From then on he played in the second-rate district class of Chemnitz until the end of the 1937/38 season.
