Gevitz played for IK Skovbakken until 2012 and then moved to France as the Danish “Talent of the Year” at HSC Montpellier , where she only made two league games. In 2013 she returned to her home country for first division club Fortuna Hjørring . With the club she won the Danish championship in 2013/2014 and 2015/2016 and the cup in 2015/16. At European level, she was eliminated in her first season with Fortuna in the 2013/14 UEFA Women's Champions League in the round of 16 against Tyresö FF , who lost 2-1 and 4-0. But it was not used. In previous years Fortuna had failed at Swedish clubs in the round of 16 and the Swedish curse of the round of 16 continued in the following season , this time they lost 2-1 and 2-0 to FC Rosengård , where u. a. the German national player Anja Mittag and the former Brazilian world footballer Marta played and each scored a goal against the Danes. In the 2015/16 season she was eliminated with Fortuna in the round of 16, this time against the Italian runner-up ACF Brescia , because after a 0-1 away defeat it was only 1-1 at home. In the next season they were able to return the favor to the Italians and win the round of 16 games 1-0 and 3-1. The end came in the quarter-finals against Manchester City with two 0-1 defeats. In the 2017/18 UEFA Women's Champions League , the end came after a 2-1 away defeat and a goalless draw at home in the sixteenth-finals against Fiorentina . The season in Denmark could be concluded with the championship. In the 2018/19 UEFA Women's Champions League , they were left behind after two 2-0 defeats against Florence in the round of 32. For the 2019/20 season she moved to France for EA Guingamp .

National teams

On March 18 and 20, 2010, she came in two friendly matches against Sweden, which were lost 3-1 and 0-1, to her first appearances in the Danish U-17 team. In April she then took part with the team in the second qualifying round in Spain for the 2010 European Under-17 Football Championship . They lost the first game against the hosts with 1: 5, who then did not lose the other two games, so that the two following victories were of no use to the Danish women. The Spaniards then won the title for the first time in the finals.

In July she took part in the Nordic Cup in her home country with the U-16 team . After two friendly matches with the U-17 team in September against Scotland, which were lost 4-0 and 0-1, they took part in the first round of qualifying for the 2011 U-17 European Championship in Hungary in October . With three wins, the Danes qualified for the second qualifying round, which took place in Denmark in spring 2011. Here they could not fully use the home advantage, then after the first two victories, where they brought their team in the lead with their first international goal in a 5-0 win against Russia, they lost the decisive last game against record European champions Germany with 0-3 . This ended her time in the U16 / 17 teams.

On August 23 and 25, 2011, she made her first appearances for the U-19 team in two friendly matches against Switzerland and then in September in the first qualifying round for the 2012 U-19 European Women's Football Championship . With three wins they qualified for the second round, scoring the only goal in the decisive third game against Russia. This was followed by three wins at a tournament in La Manga , Spain, in March 2012 , and the second qualifying round in Serbia , in which they finished second behind the hosts, but also qualified for the finals as the best runner-up in the group. At the finals in Turkey they won the three group games 1-0 each, but then lost 3-1 in the semi-finals against eventual winners Sweden. They also prevailed in the two qualifying rounds for the U-19 European Women's Football Championship in 2013 with three wins each and qualified for the finals. It was then used in a U-19 friendly against Norway in July 2013, but it was not taken into account for the final round in Wales in August, where the Danes were eliminated in the group stage. Her time in the U-19 team ended with the 3-1 win against Norway.

On June 19, 2014, she came on as a substitute for her first appearance in the senior national team in the 69th minute of the World Cup qualifier against Israel . It was her only competitive game to this day (as of before the 2017 European Championship). After that she was only used in test matches and the Algarve Cups in 2015 and 2016 and was not used at all in 2016. However, in 2015 and 2016 she played one game each for the U-23 team against Finland, which ended 0-1 and 5-1. In June 2017 she was nominated for the 2017 European Championship finals and played 84 minutes in the preparatory game against England on July 1st. In the final round, however, it was not used. After that she was only used in the U-23 team (as of January 13, 2020).
