The sculpture Madonna and Child in the Church of St-Martin in Guillos , a French commune in the Gironde department of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region , was created in the 15th century. In 1903, the Gothic sculpture was added to the list of listed buildings ( Base Palissy ) in France as Monument historique .

The wooden sculpture is 90 cm high. The baby Jesus is sitting on the right arm of Mary , who has a crown on her head, and turns his satisfied-looking face towards his mother. The many folds of Maria's dress give her appearance a fullness.
