Marcus Jensen (born June 27, 1967 in Hamburg ) is a German writer .

Life

Marcus Jensen grew up in Pinneberg near Hamburg. From 1987 to 1998 he studied German , philosophy , education and politics at the University of Hamburg (MA). In 1999 he moved to Aachen and has lived in Berlin since 2002. Jensen is the editor of Am Erker magazine . He is married to Silke Andrea Schuemmer .
