Marienhof is a district of the municipality of Lindetal in the Mecklenburg Lake District in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .
geography
The place is eleven kilometers southeast of Neubrandenburg . The Marienhof district covers an area of 432 hectares. The neighboring towns are Pragsdorf in the north, Cölpin in the northeast, Neu Käblich in the east, Alt Käblich and Leppin in the southeast, Rosenhagen in the south, Dewitz in the south, Sabel in the southwest, Quastenberg in the west and Kreuzbruchhof in the northwest.
history
Marienhof was a Dewitz dairy and had been independent since 1854. The Pragsdorf brickworks existed from 1829 until 1900 . Marienhof was incorporated into the community of Dewitz on July 1, 1950.
