Martin Klein

Martin Klein (born April 12, 1962 in Lübeck ) is a German author of children's and youth literature as well as garden and landscape planners.

Life

Martin Klein began studying sport in Düsseldorf in 1983 , but stopped due to an injury. Instead, he trained as a landscape gardener . From 1986 to 1993 he studied garden and landscape planning at the TU Berlin . Since then he has lived and worked as a freelance author, gardener and planner in Berlin. He often deals with nature in his stories.

His books have been translated into Spanish, Korean, Taiwanese Chinese, English, Dutch, Czech, Norwegian, French, and Italian.
