Martlhof is one of 37 officially named districts of the Upper Palatinate municipality of Dietfurt an der Altmühl .

The desert is located about six kilometers south-southwest of Dietfurt and is at an altitude of 483  m above sea level. NHN .

history

As a result of the administrative reforms carried out in the Kingdom of Bavaria at the beginning of the 19th century , the village became part of the independent rural community of Meihern , which also included the parish of Deising and the village of Flügelsberg , as well as the hamlet of Sankt Gregor . In the course of the municipal territorial reform carried out in Bavaria in the 1970s , Martlhof was initially incorporated into the then independent Zell on January 1, 1972 , and together with it six months later it was incorporated into the Dietfurt community. In 1987 Martlhof had four residents.

traffic

The connection to the public road network is made by a community road that branches off about one and a half kilometers west of the town from the NM 23 district road. Access to the Federal Motorway 9 is possible at the Denkendorf junction about seven and a half kilometers west-southwest of the village .
