Michael Endraß (born September 18, 1988 in Füssen ) is a former German ice hockey player who was most recently under contract with EC Bad Tölz . In his career he has played 307 DEL games for the Krefeld Pinguine and the Straubing Tigers . His brother Stefan was also a hockey player.

Career

Endraß began his ice hockey career with the Tölzer Young Lions in the German Junior League . After two attractive seasons, the winger made his debut for the men's team in the 2nd Bundesliga in the 2005/06 season , with which he was relegated to the league in the same year .

In 2007, the native of Füssen joined Deggendorfer SC , where the then 19-year-old was convincing and at the end of the season he became one of the top performers in the team with 26 scorer points in 35 games. Then the Krefeld Penguins from the German Ice Hockey League became aware of the left-handed shooter, who signed him for the 2008/09 season and provided him with a two-year contract and a sponsorship license for the second division Landshut Cannibals . In Krefeld, Endraß played 220 DEL games in four years. In 2012 the attacker dissolved his contract with the Penguins and switched to league rivals Straubing Tigers . After two years in Straubing, his contract was not extended. Endraß then signed a working paper from the DEL2 with EV Landshut . Even when Landshut did not receive a license for the DEL2 in the 2015/16 season , he started the new season at the Bavarian club in the third-class Oberliga Süd , before moving back to the DEL2 to the Dresdner Eislöwen in January 2016 . For the 2016/17 season, he rejoined his parent club, which was then playing in the third-class Oberliga Süd . In 2017 he lost the final of the German league championship against the Tilburg Trappers with the Tölz team, but since the Dutch were not eligible for promotion, the Upper Bavarians managed to jump into the DEL2.

He ended his career after the 2017/18 season.

International

Michael Endraß took part in the junior division in 2006 in the U18 world championship in the top division and in 2008 in the U20 world championship in division I.
