Michael Goehre , also Micha-El Goehre , (born October 6, 1975 in Gütersloh ) is a German author, presenter, DJ , blogger and poetry slammer .

Live and act

Michael Goehre attended the secondary school in Bielefeld . Since 2000 he has been a DJ, musician and freelance journalist and since 2002 as a poetry slammer on German reading stages .

In 2005 he made his debut with the book Wortstrom , which was published by Wunschkind-Verlag Ingo Oschmanns in Bielefeld. In 2006 the publishing house Lektora published the book Whitebook . The short story Hannah und die Ritter was also published by Lektora in 2008 and the text collection When life is a party, look for me in the kitchen in 2009 . In 2011 the Berlin Satyr Verlag published his first novel Jungsmusik and in 2013 its sequel Höllenglöcken .

His column “ Jungsmusik” with satirical articles on the subject of heavy metal appears in the music magazine Legacy .

With Markus Freise , Misha Verollet and Eric Pfenning , he was a member of the Bielefelder reading stage Wortpalast . In the former Bielefeld Café FabrikArt he founded his own reading stage LesArt . Together with Andreas Weber and Andy Strauss, he runs the monthly reading stage DIE2DREI in the Cuba Nova in Münster .

Michael Goehre was four times in the semi-finals of the German-language Poetry Slam championships and in the final of the NRW Slam . He lives in Essen.
