Ingo Oschmann (born August 3, 1969 in Bielefeld ) is a German comedian , entertainer and magician who also appears on stage as a presenter and (theater) actor . In 2003 he won the first season of the Sat.1 casting show Star Search .

biography

Ingo Oschmann first appeared as a magician at smaller events in 1992. In 1993 Oschmann attended workshops in the fields of acting , pantomime and improvisation at the Comedy School in Cologne .

In 2000 Oschmann was there for the first time with his full-length solo program “Kommunikaze” , for which he won the 2001 Swiss Comedy Award . This was followed by his second solo program “It's better up than down!” . Since 2001 he has also developed and organized the monthly “Figaro Comedy Show” in a Bielefeld hairdressing salon, which he moderated himself. The show (renamed "Church of Comedy" after a change of location in 2006 ) ran successfully until the end of 2006.

In 2001 Oschmann “discovered” the so-called North Rhine-Westphalia as part of an art project .

In 2003 Ingo Oschmann won the first season of the German television program Star Search in the comedy category and received his own television show When you laugh, it's Oschmann , which was broadcast in two seasons on Sat.1 in 2004.

Another show of his own followed in autumn 2005 with the moderation of the television program WWW - the world's wittiest commercials on Sat.1, of which further seasons were produced in 2006 and 2007.
