Mischief Films
Mischief Films is an Austrian film production company based in Vienna - Innere Stadt . The company was founded in 2002 by filmmakers Georg Misch and Ralph Wieser . The company's focus is on documentaries for cinema and television, both in-house with foreign film companies and on commission for television companies, as well as advertising and industrial films for private clients.
The film productions particularly focus on social issues. A wide variety of areas should be made accessible through catchy and sustainable documentaries. Primarily auteur films with their own handwriting are produced.
Mischief Films made films that were shown in cinemas and at various festivals . A large number of the films produced by Mischief are international co-productions . So far there have been collaborations with BBC , Channel 4 , arte , ORF and other European television stations such as WDR , 3sat , VPRO and ZDF but also with the US television fund ITVS.
Mischief Films is a member of the interest groups of the Film Producers Association of Austrian Filmproducers (AAFP), the documentary filmmakers dok.at and the European Documentary Network (EDN).

Equipment and technology
The company has its own post-production department , which is also offered as a service to other filmmakers and companies. For special tasks, however, we also work with specialist post-production companies, for example, films such as Calling Hedy Lamarr , The Way to Mekka , Cooking History and No Name City were exposed by Listo Film .
In the mastering of broadcasting tapes , Mischief Films worked for large broadcasters such as the British BBC , Channel 4 , arte , WDR , ORF as well as television stations in the Netherlands , Slovakia , Hungary and the Czech Republic .
