Montours is a town and commune Déléguée in the French commune of Les Portes du Coglais with 1,082 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Ille-et-Vilaine in the region of Brittany . The residents call themselves the Montourois.

With effect from January 1, 2017, the former municipalities of Coglès , Montours and La Selle-en-Coglès were merged to form the Commune nouvelle Les Portes du Coglais. The municipality of Montours was part of the arrondissement Fougères-Vitré and the canton of Antrain .
