At the 2007 NCAA Division I Tennis Championships , the champions in US college tennis were determined. One of the six competitions was the men's singles . The game was played from May 23rd to 28th on the campus of the University of Georgia in Athens . The venue was the Dan Magill Tennis Complex.

Indian Somdev Devvarman from the University of Virginia emerged as the winner . In the final he defeated the American John Isner from the University of Georgia in three sets. Isner missed the singles title in the last game of his college career.
